Little things can transform how we view people.

Doing little things for one another oils life’s engine. I am sure you have heard of this common notion. We can do the washing up once in a while. We can say hello to someone that we barely know rather than ignore them and make them feel invisible.

Has anyone looked at you briefly, looked to the floor then away? Rejection based on a fast appraisal. Those that give you a chance and not reject out of hand do something small that means so much.

Small things we do, small things we don’t do, make a world of difference to others. Some people we call by name, others we don't.

I lived with someone that never smiled. So, you may understand why I became so smitten by someone who was so different.

I said, ‘oyyy’ and filmed the instant natural response.

Before I show you the reaction I will show you the illustration.

It is called a praxinoscope.

To see the effect some pictures have to be loaded.

The prixinoscope was invented just before film cameras. Some held 12 pictures, some a little more.
