Little things can transform how we view people.
Doing little things for one another oils life’s engine. I am sure you have heard of this common notion. We can do the washing up once in a while. We can say hello to someone that we barely know rather than ignore them and make them feel invisible.
Has anyone looked at you briefly, looked to the floor then away? Rejection based on a fast appraisal. Those that give you a chance and not reject out of hand do something small that means so much. Some will serve you in a shop with a genuine smile. Some will show more gratitude than others. Some treat you the same as the person a few seconds ago. A tiny difference that makes you feel welcome.
Small things we do, small things we don’t do, make a world of difference to others. Some people we call by name, others we don't.
